BRC/ISO standards. FSSW has created, managed and audited British Retail Consortium Quality Management Systems since the scheme’s inception in 1998.

Auditing. FSSW provides fully qualified lead auditor skills for national and international standards ISO 9000, BRC.

SALSA. (www.salsafoods.co.uk) Richard Chivers of FSSW is registered as both an auditor and a mentor for the SALSA scheme.

Outsourcing FSSW is partnered with Out-do Quality Management Ltd which administers BRC and ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems.

 

Food Safety

FSSW provides food safety training through the internationally recognised Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) qualifications.
